Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
You should expect dispatch in 1 days-1 weeks after receipt of order. We endeavour to meet the following schedule:
- Orders will be despatched 1-3 days for in-stock original artwork and where payment verification is successful if the order is received Sunday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday to be despatched by the end of the following business day.
- Orders for prints will take up to 5 days to dispatch.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding bank and public holidays. Delivery time is usually 3 - 4 days from despatch(UK). International orders vary depending on the size of the item. Small parcels usually take less than 2 weeks and large items will be delivered within a few days.
- If you have ordered a commissioned artwork. We will be in touch with you to give you an idea of the expected delivery date.
Deliveries to outlying areas and the Scottish Islands may take a little longer.
- Some orders may qualify for free shipping. Please add items to the basket for shipping quote. You will not be charged during this process.
-Shipping to EU countries & Northern Ireland may encounter issues due to new GPSR regulations. If you are an EU/NI buyer please get in touch with me directly to work out a solution as I regularly travel to the EU & have a return address there and would prefer to ship from within.
-Shipping to the USA. There is currently no tariff charge when art enters the US from the UK. Customs duty will be charged for orders over the value of $800 upon entry to the country. The cost of carriage is included in this amount. Online duty calculators are a useful tool to help with working out costs.

We will provide tracking information by email after your goods have been despatched. Please use this service to follow the progress of your delivery. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and included in your total order amount.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love it
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please notify of your desire to return an item within 7 days of receiving your package. A product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
– The product was received in the last 7 days
– The product can be wrapped again in its original packaging
– The product isn’t used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Your item will be inspected upon return and in due course a refund/replacement will follow.
Shipping charges:
Shipping charges previously paid for the product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Alanna Eakin.

Damaged items
In the unlikely event that you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Sale items can be refunded with the same process
Commission sales are final and pre-agreed.
