Shipping Policy (COVID-19 UPDATE)
Shipping Policy (Regular)
You should expect delivery in 1-2 weeks after receipt of order. We endeavour to meet the following schedule:
- Orders will be despatched 1-3 days for in-stock original artwork and where payment verification is successful if the order is received Monday to Thursday. Orders placed Friday to Sunday be despatched by the end of the following business day.
- Orders for prints without frames will take up to 5 days to dispatch.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. Delivery time is usually 3 - 4 days from despatch.
- If you have ordered a commissioned artwork. We will be in touch with you to give you an idea of the expected delivery date.
Deliveries to outlying areas and the Scottish Islands may take a little longer.
- Orders over £500 for delivery within the UK qualify for free delivery.
For deliveries outside the UK please contact us directly for a quote.
We will provide tracking information by email after your goods have been despatched. Please use this service to follow the progress of your delivery. If you need assistance, please contact us.
Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and included in your total order amount.
Please expect changes to the policy due to the coronavirus pandemic. Buyers need to be reassured that the safety of the public and members of my household are my number one priority.
Dispatch times may vary depending on the location of the artwork purchased (home or my studio). Buyers will be contacted individually after purchase.
Very minimal trips if any at all will be made to the my studio and only via bus during off-peak times every 1-2 weeks. Artworks will be shipped from home pick-up or via the local post office a few 100 metres away depending on the size of the artwork.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
– The product was purchased in the last 7 days
– The product is in its original packaging
– The product isn’t used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Sophie Berger.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
